Istruzioni:

Adulti: miscelare 2 misurini pieni (9,7 g circa) di polvere in 300-350 ml di acqua fredda. Prima dell'allenamento: bere 2-4 misurini miscelati in acqua o bevande 20-30 minuti prima dell'allenamento. Dopo l'allenamento: bere 1-2 misurini miscelati in acqua o bevande almeno 4 ore dopo aver assunto la bevanda pre-allenamento.

Non destinato a persone di età inferiore a 18 anni o a persone sensibili alla caffeina o al beta-alanina. Limitare l'uso di farmaci, cibi o bevande contenenti caffeina durante l'assunzione del prodotto poiché una quantità eccessiva di caffeina può indurre nervosismo, irritabilità, insonnia e, occasionalmente, tachicardia. La dose raccomandata di questo prodotto contiene una quantità di caffeina pari a circa 8 oz e mezzo di tazze di caffè. Simple and actually taste good
I like this is more about Amino's than tons of energy boosters. Having some dietary fiber is an added bonus. Recently purchased this in replacement of name brand Pre workout. This blows them out of the water. Way more BCCA than most. Limited caffeine which is great as there is just enough to help push the ingredients.
