I had ordered some powdered bee pollen and other natural products mainly to help out a young lady that was having a difficult time. This granular bee pollen is much better quality. I add it to my powdered kratom blend in a coffee cup the night before. I add hot coffee and a little boxed milk off and on. I have noticed if I do similar twice a daily that my allergy symptoms especially when I first wake up are much better.
