I was pleasantly surprised at the good nutty flavor of this oil. I have already reordered in a larger quantity. We eat a paleo diet and use healthy oils like mac nut oil, butter, coconut oil and sometimes animal fats from grass fed sources. I use mac nut oil freely in cooking and to drizzle over veggies and other foods. Macadamia oil can be used in cooking at higher temperatures than olive oil. I find it tastier added to cooked vegetables. It's health benefits are enormous too.
