Do your research on alpha lipoic Acid. To get the best results you want a product that has the R+ isomer clearly listed on the product label. If it doesn’t your wasting your money on a lower substandard grade. There is also great published research data available on the web stating that biotin optimizers do not add any value when added.Do your research on alpha lipoic Acid.
