Istruzioni:

Adulti: miscelare 2 misurini pieni (9,7 g circa) di polvere in 300-350 ml di acqua fredda. Prima dell'allenamento: bere 2-4 misurini miscelati in acqua o bevande 20-30 minuti prima dell'allenamento. Dopo l'allenamento: bere 1-2 misurini miscelati in acqua o bevande almeno 4 ore dopo aver assunto la bevanda pre-allenamento.

La dose raccomandata di questo prodotto contiene una quantità di caffeina pari a circa 8 oz e mezzo di tazze di caffè. I like this is more about Amino's than tons of energy boosters. Having some dietary fiber is an added bonus. Recently purchased this in replacement of name brand Pre workout. This blows them out of the water. Way more BCCA than most. Limited caffeine which is great as there is just enough to help push the ingredients.
